They will be contacting you directly about the possibility of advertising in and sponsoring the Event Guide, Show Preview and Pocket Map. Xcalibre are the only company we have authorised to work on these publications in 2025, so please be vigilant if you are approached by any other company.

Be aware of scam emails offering fake data lists of Nineteen Group data, fake event guide listings, and fake accommodation services. Always check our list of official contractors in the Exhibitor Manual or contact us if you are unsure of the legitimacy of a third party.

FREE PARKING

We have secured free parking at the NEC Birmingham in the EAST SIDE 1-4. Please ensure you follow the signs and inform the parking attendants what show you are exhibiting at. You can show your registration confirmation email or your badges upon exit.
