Before joining City Group Security as Chief Growth Officer, Sarah operated at the Board level in the facility management sector bringing with her a wealth of experience from operating in senior leadership security and risk roles across Retail, Logistics, Cyber, Fraud, Intelligence, and E-commerce and has worked at N Brown Group, Safeway, Morrison's, Yodel, Claires Accessories, Wolseley UK, Interserve, and Bidvest Noonan.

She is an associate member of the ICA and holds diplomas in Financial Crime and Anti-money laundering.
