Roger comes from a Police criminal investigative background. He is an NHS Assistant Director / Head of Service for SAFE (Security and Fraud Experts), which provides services to NHS Healthcare organisations and Local Government Authorities.  

He is Chair of the National Association for Healthcare Security which has 700 members nationwide.
