Richard is one of the UK's leading experts in physical security standards and testing, with over 27 years' experience managing the evaluation of security products. Richard has also been responsible for preparing many Loss Prevention Standards, such as LPS1175, and has contributed to British, European and ASTM standards committees covering a broad spectrum of product types and performance issues, including forced entry protection, vehicle impact resistance and asset marking. Richard also delivers technical support, research and training to Government, Police and other stakeholders, and has developed several tools including The Security Triangle, Entrepreneurial Offender, and STAVE.
