Paul currently leads our Enterprise International team, focused on partnering with customers outside of public safety to help them utilize Axon technologies to protect life and to drive positive business outcomes.  Prior to his current role, Paul has served in various go to market roles at Axon for the last eight years, most recently leading Axon’s public safety team in EMEA from 2020 – 2023, partnering with the largest law enforcement organizations across the UK and Europe to bring transformational technologies to law enforcement organizations, including the first national introductions of TASER CEWs, body worn video, and digital evidence management software in several countries.  Prior to Axon, he worked as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group partnering with Fortune 500 clients in the US and the Middle East.  Prior to consulting, he served as an Aviation officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot in the United States Army.  He holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
