Paul started his career in the facilities management industry some 20+ years ago. Initially working on the front-line in an operational capacity, Paul has progressed through different roles across commercial and technical functions within medium to large sized businesses, including Mitie, Chubb and Rentokil Initial.

In 2015, Paul was asked to take on the task of Managing Director for Carlisle Support Services, before being promoted to CEO in 2019. In his current role he is proud to lead a business that has a workforce of 5,100 family members and a client base that includes some of the most recognisable UK brands.

Passionate about enhancing the lives of those who provide front-line services, Paul has been a long-standing supporter of the Real Living Wage movement and previously held the Chair position within the foundation’s Recognised Service Provider Leadership Group.
