Michael (Mike) Bullock is the Chief Executive Officer at Corps Security. Mike’s career with Corps Security began in 2013 as Regional Director, seeing him take on the role of CEO in July 2018.

Mike’s commitment to the values of the Corps of Commissionaires - established over 164 years ago to provide gainful employment to those who served in the Crimean War - has seen the company evolve its mission and purpose to the ongoing support of UK veterans and take its place as the UK’s largest Social Enterprise.

In 2019 Mike’s passion for ‘doing the right thing’ and his belief in people saw The Corps join the Living Wage Foundation - Recognised Service Provider (RSP) Group to improve the pay for all colleagues across the business. Over 3,000 colleagues now are paid the Real Living Wage. Mike’s involvement continues to grow joining the RSP Leadership Team in 2020 and co-chairing this Group from March 2022.

Mike regularly writes articles and commentary in the FM and business media in support of the Living Wage Foundation, attends events, and encourages other businesses to follow his mission to provide a fair and just wage to every employee, positively impacting the lives of security officers and many other employees across other business sectors.
