Megan has been a nurse in the NHS for over 18 years, working initially in Trauma and Orthopaedics and then moving into the Emergency Department as a staff nurse, working her way up into her current position of Senior Sister.

She continues to lead clinically on the Violence and Aggression agenda within ED. 

She has also been the Lead for Violence Reduction and Prevention within an NHS Trust.

Violence and Aggression and its management and reduction is an agenda that Megan is incredibly passionate about, using her own experiences to help, support and reduce incidents amidst patients, visitors and staff.
