Mandeep is the Senior HR Business Partner for G4S and has 13 years of experience in the security industry and over 20 years of experience working in the HR industry in a generalist and strategic capacity.  Mandeep is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personal Development and a Human Resources Management BA Hons graduate

Outside of the transactional HR activities, Mandeep’s key accountabilities include developing an HR Strategy to meet the evolving needs of the Business and ensuring key stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Employee welfare and well-being are key to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all. Mandeep is a member of the G4S Inclusion Council which supports initiatives to address issues such as providing opportunities for those from underrepresented groups.
