Jenni is a highly experienced HR Professional with over 20 years of experience.  As a chartered member of the CIPD, her expertise spans various sectors including Security, Automotive, Banking, and Technology, providing both strategic and operational HR insights.

In 2022, Jenni joined Lodge Service as Group People Director, where she is responsible for shaping and driving the People Strategy, creating cultures and opportunities for individuals to develop and thrive. 

Passionate about driving industry-wide change, Jenni is a passionate advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) issues and Wellbeing within the Security Industry.    At Lodge Services, she leads the ED&I initiative, Lodge Create, and actively contributes to the wider industry through her involvement and membership in industry-wide forums and boards, including the ED&I Forum, The Women’s Security Society and the City Security Council ED&I Board.
