Hayfa is passionate about people and the above two pillars of the epitome of Hayfa's management style and ability to manage a high performing team.

As a part of her role at Meta she has had to build strong relationships with external partners which includes being part of local networking and intelligence forums and working closely with Project Servator and bringing back the benefits of these relationships to the wider team with information sharing between internal stakeholders.

The work Hayfa does helps to ensure the safety of Wilson James staff, Meta staff and other vendors.

Hayfa supports with training initiatives for the team, including intrusion testing and her passion, is Mental Health awareness which she has delivered to the team. Hayfa is also a trained ambassador for raising awareness for Domestic Abuse in the workplace.
