Farah Benis, Founder and Managing Director of FFA Security Group, a London-based security firm specialising in physical protection, brings over a decade of leadership across Africa and the Middle East. Guided by principles of ethics, value delivery, and positive impact, Farah actively promotes the elevation of industry standards serving on the advisory board for IFPO UK,  as a board director of ASIS UK Chapter, and as a member of IPSA and the ISRM.

Farah is a director of Running on Empty, a security industry-focused physical and mental health initiative. Beyond corporate roles, she advises the TFL Stakeholder Management Team and the Westminster Women's Safety Forum. Currently serving as a UN Women UK Delegate for CSW67 and continuing for CSW68, Farah contributes to global initiatives promoting equality and safety embodying a multifaceted approach to professional leadership, advocacy, and active involvement in societal initiatives.
