As the Managing Director for Security at Wilson James, Crawford utilises his 25 years’ experience in the industry to play a pivotal role in strategic contract management. He also focuses continuous development of operational and growth strategies for all security contracts. His leadership ensures that Wilson James maintains strong partnerships with clients, keeping contracts aligned with strategic objectives.

Crawford's approach integrates corporate delivery standards into complex environments, acting as the primary escalation point for security contracts, as a member of the Executive and Operational boards of Wilson James.

Crawford's journey with Wilson James began in 2016 as the Group Growth and Development Director, before becoming Managing Director in 2023, testament to his significant contributions to identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities at the Group level in that time.

A proud advocate of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Crawford is the Executive Sponsor of the LGBT+ People Network within Wilson James, which is one of four networks represented at Board Level, with the aim of amplifying inclusion throughout the organisation, as well as security industry as a whole. To that end, Crawford is also a member of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) EDI Forum, a voluntary group of individuals pushing for LGBT+ equality across the industry.
