Bridget spent 23 years working in Global Commercial People roles in public and private equity backed organisations.  Broad and deep HR experience across Europe, Asia, US and Middle East, Africa in a diverse range of sectors, cultures and brands managing significant change and transformation ,building capability of human resources teams, working in complex international industrial relations.  
 
Bridget leads a team of HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Employee Relations Advisors and Resourcing in providing the best possible advice and service to the wider business with passion and a shared goal of providing outstanding HR partnership across our businesses.
 
In addition, Bridget holds responsibility for developing the people strategy to deliver commercial value through progressive strategic people and leadership practices to support and achieve our growth ambitions.
