EET Group is proud to announce its strategic investment in a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Newport, UK. Covering 106,000 sq. ft., the new warehouse marks another key milestone in the company’s growth. It will serve as a central logistics hub in EET’s largest market, supporting EET UK, its local sales office, and Oprema, EET’s centre of excellence for surveillance and security solutions in the UK. This expansion increases EET’s and Oprema’s capacity to meet rising demand, ensuring faster order fulfilment and improved product availability.

Alongside the flexible warehouse space, the facility provides over 8,500 sq. ft of modern office accommodation, supporting administrative functions and offering enhanced working conditions for on-site employees.

More than just a distribution hub, the facility is designed with sustainability at its heart. Featuring 15% roof lights for natural illumination and PV solar panels, it has been awarded an EPC A+ rating – the highest grade on the Energy Performance Certificate scale.
