Our Product of the Month for December is the Paxton Entry app. This app allows users to receive calls on their mobile devices from an external Entry panel. The new user-friendly online myPaxton portal streamlines administration processes including site setup, user management, and payment. It’s never been easier for end users to remotely manage access to their building with the tap of a screen, from anywhere in the world.

What is the Paxton Entry app?

The Paxton Entry app, created for mobile devices, is designed to work in combination with, or instead of, the internal monitors in Paxton’s video door entry range. Paxton’s Entry system is also compatible with their market-leading Net2 and Paxton10 lines. The new app is available for both iOS and Android devices, providing a wide range of users the ability to streamline visitor access at their premises.

Key Features of the Paxton Entry app

The central benefit of this application is the freedom it allows end users to manage access to their buildings on- and off-site. When a visitor arrives at their premises, a user can see and speak to them from a smartphone or tablet, from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

Calls from multiple Entry systems can be answered from a single device, making it easy to control access across more than one building without a common network.

The system also offers the option to have up to six app users registered to a single caller ID which means multiple users at a site can be responsible for answering calls and granting access.
