IASME’s IoT Cyber Assurance Level 2 (Audited) scheme provides an opportunity for manufacturers to improve the security of their internet-connected devices and certify to show they are compliant against the most important security controls and demonstrate commitment to best-practice security. The scheme provides an additional level of certification above the managed self-assessment level, providing 3rd party testing and independent certification. It has been designed specifically to be accessible to smaller organisations, micro-businesses and startups alongside more established manufacturers. The scheme can be used by organisations to verify the security of connected devices in their supply chain.
